Recommend, Sentinels, Sup Vigor, etc.
But, it all depends on what you are doing with that armor set, if you need more energy Radiant Insgnias Work....Rune of Vitae, etc. |

I would recommend Survivor insignia for the extra health personally.
And yes it's one rune AND one insignia per armor piece. And I would get a minor rune of Swordsmanship, Tactics, Strength, highest vigor you can afford, and vitae runes for any pieces you have left over. |

Yes, it's one insignia and one rune per piece of armor. If you don't need the energy, I prefer survivor (+ to life) and brawler (+ to armor while attacking) insignia.
For runes, I use superior vigor, absorb, and axe, minor strength and one vitae. |

What it means is depending on what armor piece you put it on, it will grant X amount of health.
So if you put a survivor insignia on your helmet, you will get +5 health from it. But if you put it on your chest piece, you will get +15 health from the insignia. If you're going for a full set of survivor insignias, there's not much to worry about. But if you have a limited amount of money and can only buy a couple insignias, it matters where you put them (put them on your chest and leg armor first since you get 15 and 10 health from the insignia respectively). One last thing is I would recommend putting your weapon rune on your helmet that way if you decide to switch weapon lines, you can just get a new helmet and put a new weapon rune on it. |

I would recommend not using Healing Breeze.

No you're not. Healing Signet owns Healing Breeze. There's nothing that says you need a self-heal anyway, its normal-mode PvE and you always have a monk.
